The brave participant in this ritual must then make a report about their experience in "The Last Sentinel Anti-Appreciation Thread" at the Treehouse.

This is something of a rite of passage for all TeamSpankers. Spankers have come to recognise that watching "The Last Sentinel" is the ultimate expression of fandom devotion to Katee Sackhoff - because fan-love must hurt. On watching "The Last Sentinel", you really will suffer - ergo, you will have expressed your fan-worship of this woman in the most selfless way imaginable. You will have bravely followed her into the thick of battle, without any regard for your own self-worth respect.
